Look for information on their experience while working with the company, the company’s response times and quality of support. Also look at customer satisfaction in general. Enquire if they are flexible and suit themselves to meet their customers’ demands. Each customer would definitely have some unique feature to talk about, get an overall idea by reading a few testimonials and always ensure that there are no discrepancies in their statements. Beware of paid or fake testimonials though, cheap companies are taking this route to acquire a top quality status. If possible, check for the validity of the customer testimonials in a site or a valid ID of the customer, to ensure that they are real people who require the type of sites they talked about.

Price: This comes down to individual interest, capital and other factors that determine your total budget behind your project. Depending on your budget, choose an effective solution that falls within your price range, but also delivers quality websites. You should focus on cost effectiveness rather than thinking that spending more will bring you a better website. Although, you will generally get an increase in quality with increasing pricing, this is not always the case.

Maintenance Support: Whether the web design company will support you in maintaining your website in the future should be considered as well. Since you will be outsourcing for the entire thing, you might not get future support if the company is small and unheard of. Make sure that there is evidence that the company has provided customer support and maintenance assistance in the past. This will cut down maintenance costs in the future.
